Panasonic Northern Europe is an active, ongoing engagement with a corporate team. The work has three strands: implementing AI systems inside the business, running training programmes for its teams, and automating processes at scale.

That is as much as we can say. The details are under NDA, so this page has no screens, no numbers and no names, and we will not drop hints on a call either. Keeping a client’s confidence is part of the work. If you are weighing us up for something similar, a reference is available on request.

Why it is on the site at all: the rules do not change with the size of the client. We ship, then improve. AI drafts and a person signs off. And training is part of the job rather than an extra, because a system the team cannot run is a system that stops when we leave. We work the same way for a corporate team as for a ten-person firm in Sussex.

In practice, for any corporate team, that means a working system early instead of a long plan, training for the people who will run it, automation where the volume justifies it, and a person signing off whatever the AI drafts.

We work with corporate and enterprise teams anywhere in the world, on AI implementation, training or a specific build. Strategy comes as part of that work - implementation, infrastructure and adoption, worked out while something is being built and people are being trained. We do not sell it as a standalone roadmap, to anyone.
