Who you are dealing with

Dan Nicholls built his first computer at 12.

He was writing code by 13.

At 18 he was a junior web designer. At 19 he joined EK PLC.

At 20 he joined Toshiba as online marketing executive. Over six years he became Head of Online Marketing for Northern Europe: six countries, a seven-figure budget, a team of six. Then he built and ran his own businesses, writing their sites and automations himself.

For the last four years he has built with AI every working day, for clients and for his own systems. Quantum AI Consulting still writes its own code.

Say it plainlyIf a project is a bad idea, we say so. If a pitch you have been given is nonsense, we explain why, without naming names.

Every business is about to need a brain

Every business is about to need a business brain: one central memory of how the business works, written so AI can read it, and connected to the CRM, website, inbox, calendar, social channels and finance.

Staff and AI agents both read from it and write to it. When a price changes, it changes once, and the website, the quotes and the agents all know.

Without one, AI tools stay as separate chat windows, each starting from scratch. With one, a business can hand whole workflows to agents, with a person signing off the last step.

Nobody is explaining this properly to owner-run businesses, and almost nobody outside a few labs can build it. We can. Everything else we do - websites, apps, automations, training - is a door into it.

We are based in Seaford, East Sussex, between Newhaven and the Seven Sisters.

We work with businesses from Hove to Hastings, and up to London: Brighton and Hove, Peacehaven, Lewes, Seaford, Eastbourne, Hailsham, Heathfield, Battle, Bexhill, Hastings and London itself. Clients can be anywhere. Live Happy is in Flagstaff, Arizona.
