Seaford, East Sussex → Bexhill
AI, web and apps for Bexhill businesses
Bexhill gave Britain its first motor race and the De La Warr Pavilion. Game and Flames, one of our flagship builds, is based here, so the proof is local.
Bexhill
The town has more than one centre. Devonshire Road is the main shopping street, Sackville Road has the record shops and makers, Western Road has smaller independents, and Little Common and Sidley have shops of their own. On the seafront stands the De La Warr Pavilion, a Grade I listed modernist building from 1935.
It is a settled town with a large retired population, a classic car show every August bank holiday, and Rother District Council in the town hall. The Link Road makes Hastings a short drive, and trains run to Brighton, Ashford and London Victoria.
There is more town than visitors see. Up the hill, the Old Town goes back to a charter from King Offa in 772, with the ruins of a 13th-century manor house in Manor Gardens. Out west, Cooden has a large hotel and golf and tennis clubs.
Businesses here serve the people who live here and the visitors who come for the seafront and the Pavilion: cafes, shops, trades, event firms and the odd specialist, like a live-fire caterer. Most are small and owner-run, which is exactly where AI pays for itself first. A town that raced cars along its seafront in 1902 should not put up with a slow website.

Beachy Head lighthouse
01We’re not getting enough leads.Be the light they steer by.
Customers here message when the shop is shut, and an enquiry left until morning can go cold; an AI agent drafts the reply within minutes, and a person approves it before it sends.
Seaford seafront
05Our website looks tired.A fresh coat before the season starts.
With a 1935 modernist pavilion on the seafront that still looks current, a website from 2015 has no excuse.
Seaford beach
03We need content. Constantly.Like the tide. Twice a day, every day.
Seafront cafes, shops and event businesses need something new to say every week; a content engine drafts the posts and emails in your voice, and you approve each one.

Game and Flames is a wild-game and live-fire caterer based in Bexhill-on-Sea. Its old site was slow and hid 69 five-star reviews, quotes came from a spreadsheet, and spam buried real enquiries. We built one codebase that is both the 15-page website and the sales CRM: a quote builder that uses the owner’s pricing rules, a six-stage pipeline, call recording that drafts the follow-up email for the owner to check and send, six-layer anti-spam, Stripe checkout for workshops and gift vouchers, and nightly backups with a restore test. Hosting sits on Cloudflare’s free tier.

A 15-page website and a private sales CRM in one codebase. Enquiries land in a pipeline, quotes run on the owner’s pricing rules, and AI drafts the follow-up after a call for a person to send.

How we work
How we work with people in Bexhill
Seaford to Bexhill is about 45 minutes by road, so meeting in person is easy, whether that is a cafe on Devonshire Road, a kitchen unit out of town or our end in Seaford. Video calls work too.
The way in is the Free Business Review. Bring the thing that annoys you most, and we’ll ask what happens to an enquiry in its first hour. A one-page summary follows the next working day, listing the three fixes we’d make and a rough value for each.
Then a fixed price and a build measured in weeks, with something working to look at every fortnight. The hosting sits in your own account, and the bill stays close to zero.
Once it is built, we train your team on it in person, at your premises, so the people answering enquiries know exactly what the system drafts and what they still decide.

Who have you worked with in Bexhill?
Game and Flames, the live-fire caterer. Its website and sales CRM run on one system we built, covering quotes, the pipeline, campaigns, reviews and reporting, including a 90-day chart of organic against paid enquiries. AI drafts the follow-ups; the owner decides what gets sent. The case study has the screens and the numbers.
We’re not caterers. Would the same system work for us?
The parts travel well. Most businesses need the same core: enquiries in one place, quotes built quickly from your own prices, and follow-ups that AI drafts and a person sends, so nothing depends on someone remembering. A gym, a garage and a gift shop sell differently, and the system should follow. We build yours around how you actually sell, which is why we start with the review instead of a template.
Can you speed up our current website, or does it need rebuilding?
It depends what it’s built on. If the foundations are sound, we fix what’s slow. If it’s a page builder held together with plugins, a rebuild can cost less than patching, and you end up owning the code. Live Happy, which we moved off WordPress, scores 0.98 for performance on Lighthouse, Google’s site-speed test. The review will tell you which camp your site is in.

A call of 20 to 30 minutes. We find the gaps, the leaks and the quick wins, and what each one is worth to you. Fixed price after that, no hourly rates. No 200-page deck.
