Branding and content, at volume.

For businesses whose brand looks tired and whose content can’t keep up. Collateral and content in hours, on brand, at volume, with a person signing off.

Branding and content

“Our marketing collateral takes forever.” So does the content. The brochure waits for a designer, the posts wait for someone to have a quiet afternoon, and the product photos wait for a shoot nobody has booked.

We fix the brand first, so there’s something worth repeating, then build the system that repeats it: AI drafts from your brand rules and your own material, and a person on your team approves every piece before it goes out.

Small teams rarely lack material; they lack time. The job you finished on Tuesday, the question a customer asked twice this week, the review that came in overnight: it’s all there, and it never gets turned into anything.

Content should behave like the tide on Seaford beach: it comes in whether or not anyone’s in the mood. As a branding agency in Sussex that also builds the engine behind the content, we do both halves, and you keep the rules, the templates and the files.

What we build

What we build

Brand overhauls

Often a tired brand doesn’t need a new name; it needs a fresh coat, like the beach huts on Seaford seafront before the season starts. We keep what customers already recognise and fix what has dated: the wordmark, colours, type, photography rules and tone of voice. Then we write it all down as a short guide your team will actually open, so anyone on your team, or any AI, can apply it the same way every time. And because we build websites too, the new look goes live on your site without a hand-off between agencies.

Product imagery without the shoot

Hawaiian T-Shirts needed product images before its launch. We delivered 1,047 AI-generated product images in seven days, at 97% less than traditional photography, and the brand launched on schedule. The same approach works for lifestyle shots, ads and social images, anywhere volume matters more than one perfect photograph. Because the images are made rather than shot, a new colourway doesn’t mean booking the studio again. Our rule on imagery is simple: AI produces the pictures, and a person checks each one against the real product before it’s published.

Collateral in hours

Brochures, sales decks, proposals, menus, ads and event packs. Once the brand rules are written down, AI drafts each piece on brand and a person checks and polishes it, so the job takes hours instead of waiting for a gap in someone’s diary. Proposals can pull prices and details straight from your CRM, so nobody retypes the numbers, and a new menu or price list becomes an afternoon’s work rather than a project. The templates are set up in your name, so your team can produce the next one without us, and the one after that.

A content engine your team steers

Posts, emails, articles and product descriptions, made from what your business already does: jobs finished, questions customers ask, reviews, events, offers. The engine drafts in your voice and lines up the week across your social channels, email list and website, so one finished job can become a post, a newsletter item and an article. Your team picks, edits and approves, and nothing publishes without a person’s sign-off. You steer, AI produces, and the calendar stops having gaps in it.

Words that sound like you

Most of a brand is what it says. We write your tone of voice down with real examples of what you would and wouldn’t say, then use it everywhere: website copy, emails, proposals, even the auto-reply that goes out at midnight. Short sentences, plain English, real names and real towns. We keep a list of words our own writing isn’t allowed to use, and we’ll write one for you. It’s the same rulebook we use on ourselves, and you’re reading the result.

How it works with us

How it works with us

01

The review call

Twenty to thirty minutes. We find where time and money leak, and which fix pays for itself first.

02

A fixed-price proposal

One scope, one price, one date, with the value case written next to the price. No hourly meter running.

03

Built in weeks

You see progress every week on a working link, not a slide. You can change your mind while it is cheap.

04

Handover, or we run it

You own the code, the data and the accounts. Run it yourselves, or we run it for you.

Questions people ask

Questions people ask

Is AI imagery good enough for our products?

It depends on the product and on how closely the customer looks. Hawaiian T-Shirts launched with it. For some jobs a photographer is still the right call, and we’ll tell you which yours is before you spend anything. Either way, nothing is published until a person has checked it against the real thing, because a shirt in the wrong pattern is a refund waiting to happen.

Will the content sound like us?

It should, or it doesn’t go out. We write your voice down first, with examples of what you’d say and what you never would, and the AI drafts to those rules. Your team edits and approves every piece, and every correction goes back into the rules. If a draft could have come from any business, it gets rewritten. Our own articles work the same way: AI drafts, Dan edits and signs, and nothing publishes without his read.

How much content can you produce?

More than you will want to approve. The limit is your team’s time to read and sign off, not the production, so we set the volume to what you can check properly and raise it as trust builds. A steady week of approved posts does more than a burst that nobody checked.

Do we have to rebrand to work with you?

No. If your brand works, we write its rules down and start producing. If it looks tired, we’ll say so on the review call and suggest the smallest change that fixes it. A brand applied the same way everywhere does more for recognition than a new logo used badly.

What does it cost?

A fixed price for the brand work and for setting up the content engine, agreed after the free review call. The proposal shows what it replaces - the shoots, the agency hours, the evenings spent on posts - next to the price. If a photographer or a designer would serve a particular job better, we’ll say so.
