AI, web and apps for Seaford businesses
Seaford is home. It’s the town between Newhaven and the Seven Sisters, with a broad beach, a Martello tower and a town centre full of independents.
Seaford
We live and work in Seaford, so this is the one town page we could have written without leaving the house. The seafront has the Martello tower, now the town museum, the beach huts on the promenade and Splash Point, where kittiwakes nest on the cliffs. Walk up Seaford Head and you get the classic view east over Cuckmere Haven to the Seven Sisters.
The town centre is Broad Street, the High Street, Church Street and Clinton Place: independent shops, cafés and salons, with a market in Church Street on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Seaford was once a limb of the Cinque Port of Hastings and later a school town full of prep schools; today it’s partly a commuter town for Brighton, Eastbourne and London. The station at the end of the branch line from Lewes has trains to Brighton twice an hour.
The businesses around us here are mostly small and owner-run: trades with a van and a phone that never stops, cafés and shops that live on the summer, holiday lets, therapists, consultants working from a spare room. None of them needs a six-month programme. They need the phone answered, the website fixed and a couple of hours of plain help with AI.

05Our website looks tired.A fresh coat before the season starts.
Plenty of good Seaford businesses still send customers to a Facebook page or a site built years ago, and customers judge the business by what they find.
Beachy Head lighthouse
01We’re not getting enough leads.Be the light they steer by.
Holiday lets, cafés and B&Bs here take a lot of their enquiries in a few busy months, and every one left until the evening is a booking at risk.
Seaford beach
03We need content. Constantly.Like the tide. Twice a day, every day.
Like the tide at Splash Point, content has to come in twice a day, every day, and a two-person business can’t write it between customers.

Both of our East Sussex flagships are an easy drive from home. Game and Flames is about twenty miles east in Bexhill-on-Sea, where we replaced a slow old site with 15 new pages and 37 redirects from the old addresses. Barn Gym is in Burwash, under an hour away. Our third flagship, Live Happy, is in Flagstaff, Arizona: proof the work itself doesn’t care about distance, even if we’d rather meet Seaford people in Seaford.

How we work
How we work with people in Seaford
This is the easy one. We’re local, so we can be at your shop, yard, café or office at short notice, or meet you in town, and we’ll still be here in winter when the seafront goes quiet. A video call works too.
Everything starts with the free review: twenty minutes or so on what’s slow, then a written summary by the next working day, listing three fixes, ranked, each with a rough value. No deck, no jargon. If one is worth doing, it gets a fixed price. If none is, we’ll say so, and you’ll have three useful answers for nothing.
A sensible first project for a business this size is small: a website that answers the obvious questions and takes enquiries properly, or an agent that drafts a reply to every enquiry the same day for you to check and send. We measure it, then you decide what’s next.

You’re based in Seaford. Can we meet face to face?
Yes. We’ll come to your premises or meet you in town, and the first conversation is free. For most Seaford businesses that’s a few minutes’ drive for us, which is one of the perks of hiring someone local. If you’d like to see the work first, we’ll bring the real screens with us.
Can you just fix our website, or is everything AI?
A website on its own is a perfectly good project. We design and build premium sites on a codebase you own, hosted for next to nothing and built to rank. If your current site is stuck on a platform you can’t take with you, we’ll move it to one you own and point the old addresses at the new pages. The AI can come later, or not at all.
Do I need to understand AI before we talk?
No. Tell us what’s slow and we’ll explain the rest in plain English. If a technical term can’t be avoided, we’ll say what it does in the same breath: MCP servers, for instance, are simply your existing tools wired into the AI.

Tell us what’s slow. We’ll tell you what to fix first.
A call of 20 to 30 minutes. We find the gaps, the leaks and the quick wins, and what each one is worth to you. Fixed price after that, no hourly rates. No 200-page deck.
Or tell us what you want to achieve and Dan will come back to you within one working day. Email dan@danielnicholls.com.
